Abstract

Le poids du secteur sans but lucratif augmente de façon régulière et importante sa place dans l'économie et dans la société française. Les associations, qui représentent l'essentiel du poids du secteur et les fondations qui sont aujourd'hui en plein développement restent encore mal connues en France. Cette contribution a pour objet de présenter quelques premiers éléments permettant d'apprécier le poids et le profil de ce secteur ainsi que les évolutions récentes qui ont traversé ces organisations dans les dernières années
