Abstract

Cette contribution se propose d'étudier un groupe professionnel spécifique, celui des dirigeants salariés dans les associations d'action sociale et médico-sociale. En s'appuyant sur un matériau empirique combinant données qualitatives et quantitatives, l'objectif central de cette communication est d'identifier les effets des évolutions de la régulation publique sur la fonction de direction. Nous montrons qu'il demeure une part de spécificité de cette fonction, principalement en raison de son inscription dans le cadre associatif.
