Abstract

Après Rio et Kyoto, voici Buenos Aires. Pour l'heure, les engagements pris de réduire ou contenir la progression des émissions de gaz à effet de serre n'ont pas été honorés. Les choses vont-elles changer ? Peut-être, si la discussion, très complexe, sur les " permis négociables " aboutit à un résultat concret. Mais le débat est musclé. En ce qui concerne la France, il en cache un autre, encore voilé : l'avenir de notre industrie nucléaire
