Abstract

L'objectif de la politique des Pôles de Compétitivité est de concentrer des moyens publics et privés sur des domaines d'activités ciblés afin de constituer des écosystèmes d'affaires. Ces derniers, dotés de leur propre dynamique, ont favorisé l'innovation. Aujourd'hui, une nouvelle mission leur est attribuée : soutenir les PME dans leur processus d'internationalisation. En nous appuyant sur les apports du modèle d'Uppsala et le cas du pôle mondial Solutions Communicantes Sécurisées (SCS), nous nous demanderons comment les pôles de compétitivité accompagnent les PME dans leur implantation sur les marchés internationaux.
