Précarité dans l'emploi et segmentation par l'âge en région Rhône-Alpes

Abstract

L'analyse des conditions d'emploi dans la région Rhône-Alpes incite à questionner les différents déterminants de la précarité des travailleurs. Nous supposons qu'elle est construite selon des segments socioprofessionnels spécifiques. Il convient alors de s'interroger sur la nature de ces déterminants. Le salaire horaire net et la stabilité dans l'emploi guident notre réflexion sur la précarité. A l'aide de données statistiques, la présentation qui suit analyse la segmentation par l'âge selon les secteurs économiques d'activité. Après une présentation des approches conceptuelles et méthodologiques de l'analyse, est traitée la situation contractuelle des travailleurs de la région selon des données agrégées pour l'ensemble de la population. Ensuite, les inégalités globales et de genre pour différents secteurs économiques et catégories socioprofessionnelles sont étudiées. Il en ressort trois secteurs économiques de précarisation des travailleurs : les femmes dans les services d'assistance à domicile, les hommes dans les transports et l'ensemble des salariés dans le secteur tourisme-loisir.
