Abstract

Le concept de culture tend à être employé de façon de plus en plus courante, au prix de simplifications quant aux implications épistémologiques, d'autant que ces utilisations se font le plus souvent à la place d'autres concepts tels que ceux de mentalité, d'idéologie. Cet usage incontôlé du concept conduit donc à un flou conceptuel important dont les conceptions du contrôle dans les organisations et, plus généralement les sciences de gestion sont largement entachées.
