Abstract

Cet article compare les modèles canadiens, français et allemands ainsi que les principes promulgués par l'OCDÉ en matière de gouvernement d'entreprise. Cette analyse est effectuée à l'aide d'une typologie fondée sur le modèle intégrateur de Zhara et Pierce 1989 et d'une recension des pratiques suivies par les entreprises, telles que divulguées dans leurs rapports annuels.
