Abstract

Le nouveau cadre de régulation du système de santé, qui se met progressivement en place autour des quasimarchés, génère pour les organisations de santé des risques jusqu'alors inconnus d'elles. La réforme comptable hospitalière s'inscrit dans ce contexte et tente de répondre aux besoins accrus en information tant du côté de l'offreur que de celui du régulateur. Une analyse critique du nouveau schéma nous amène à le comparer à celui qu'il a remplacé. Il s'agit notamment de savoir comment les défauts de pertinence des coûts, tels que calculés par l'ancien modèle, ont été palliés. De même, certains dysfonctionnements relevés précédemment semblent avoir été évités. Enfin, certaines pistes sont mises en évidence pour remédier aux limites qui subsistent.
