Abstract

La mise en avant de la figure du client pose la question de savoir si nous assistons à la fin du modèle taylorien - fordien et à l'émergence d'un nouveau modèle d'organisation qualifié de posttaylorien. La réponse se limite le plus souvent à reconnaître l'évidence de cette nouvelle configuration organisationnnelle sur la base de l'évidence de transversalités.
