La maîtrise financière de grands projets de netinformatique est étudiée à partir d'une étude du cas d'une SSII. Les informations de pilotage créées, permettent une estimation des résultats en cours de projet, auparavant "cachés", et une estimation de la valeur des projets en cours, indispensable à la comptabilité financière.
