Abstract

L'Egypte semble bénéficier d'une économie prospère, alimentée par des ressources s'apparentant à des rentes. Mais cette prospérité n'en fait pas nécessairement à un pays émergent, car il lui manque les investissements décisifs dans les secteurs de l'éducation, de la santé et d'une manière générale une redistribution des recettes qui bénéficierait à l'ensemble de la population et serait à même de la mobiliser pour un objectif commun.
