Abstract

Cet article vise à faire émerger les leviers de gestion des ressources humaines (GRH) pour concilier la réalité d'un travail difficile, les besoins de professionnalisation et la qualité du service rendu aux personnes âgées dépendantes vivant en institution. Partant d'une étude de terrain réalisée auprès de 28 directeurs d'établissement, l'analyse de leurs représentations des métiers et conditions de travail, au moyen de la cartographie cognitive, permet de proposer une explication du cadre dans lequel ils agissent afin de dégager des pistes d'actions managériales et organisationnelles et d'amélioration en termes de GRH.
