Abstract

La complexité et les incertitudes liées à l'environnement extérieur d'une chaîne logistique exigent aujourd'hui une gestion de plus en plus complexe de la chaîne globale. Modélisation et simulation sont devenues des méthodes courantes d'amélioration et de pilotage de chaînes logistiques, notamment pour les chaînes qui sont dans des situations de déséquilibre et d'instabilité. Cet article essaye donc de mettre en évidence le rôle important de ces outils dans la gestion de la chaîne logistique globale, principalement les chaînes logistiques multi-échelons, en illustrant une application de la simulation dynamique d'une filière agro-alimentaire dans un contexte de crise sanitaire
