Abstract

La Nef coopérative de finance solidaire française prépare avec Banca Etica (italienne) et Fiare (espagnole) la création de la Banque Ethique Européenne (BEE). La petite coopérative de finance solidaire opère là un double changement d'échelle en devenant une banque de plein exercice dans un cadre de dimension européenne. Elle peut prendre ainsi une place laissée vacante par la relative banalisation des banques coopératives traditionnelles. le cadre de l'analyse de processus fournit la trame de notre réflexion pour mettre à jour les ingrédients (projet social, nature et forme du sociétariat, contexte économique et réglementaire etc.) qui induisent la succession des séquences du processus évolutif de la Nef et ses bifurcations.
