Abstract

"Le soutien à la création d'activité, principalement la création d'entreprise, auprès de publics en situation de précarité connait depuis plusieurs années une croissance soutenue en France. Ces initiatives d'accompagnement et de financement que l'on rattache généralement à la finance solidaire ont hérité en partie de l'expérience de la Grameen Bank au Bangladesh. Elles reposent sur partenariats avec des acteurs publics et privés introduisant un modèle entrepreneurial a priori inédit caractérisé par une forte dimension collective"
