PME : entrepreneuriat collectif et équipreneuriat, une solution miracle ?

Abstract

Aujourd'hui la France compte 2.7 millions de PME indépendantes de moins de 250 salariés qui représentent 50% des emplois salariés et 35 % de l'activité économique. Si les chercheurs et les managers s'accordent pour dire que la croissance et l'emploi reposent sur la création d'entreprise et le dynamisme des PME, les créateurs d'entreprise et les dirigeants de PME font face à trois difficultés majeures. La première est liée à la stimulation de la culture entrepreneuriale qui n'est toujours pas très forte dans notre pays. La seconde tient à la difficulté de pérenniser ces créations d'entreprise sur une longue durée. La troisième porte sur la succession d'entreprise, faute de quoi le tissu des PME/PMI va s'étioler. La réussite des PME/PMI, qui est vitale pour nos sociétés, porte sur les phases amont et les phases aval de la création jusqu'à la succession. Stimuler la création et réussir les transmissions d'entreprises sont les deux éléments clefs aujourd'hui – au-delà des questions classiques de financement et de la nécessité d'associer tous les acteurs au bon fonctionnement de la PME/PMI (entrepreneuriat collectif).
