Les capitaux immatériels dans le modèle d'excellence EFQM version 2003 : une étude exploratoire qualitative et quantitative

Abstract

Cette recherche a pour objectif de tester dans quelle mesure le modèle EFQM peut servir de base à une évaluation d'entreprise en fonction d'une d'une typologie composée de dix capitaux immatériels. Nous montrons qu'une réorganisation des questions est envisageable selon cette logique. L'analyse qualitative conduite en deux phases permet alors d'identifier les proximités organisationnelles et lexicales entre les différents types de capitaux immatériels retenus, puis débouche sur la possibilité d'une nouvelle représentation du modèle EFQM.
