Abstract

La confiance a souvent été analysée comme une variable unique, ancrée dans un système social. Néanmoins, la confiance revêt un caractère dynamique, elle se crée, se développe et s'estompe. En référence aux principes de la dynamique des systèmes, la confiance est conceptualisée ici comme un système qui évolue au cours du temps. Cet article a pour objectif d'analyser comment l'équilibre dynamique du « système confiance » peut être obtenu dans le contexte des relations interorganisationnelles.
