Abstract

Le programme Part'@ge, conduit par le Lepii dans le cadre du programme européen Equal sur les discriminations liées à l'âge, a permis de dresser des diagnostics détaillés des situations observées notamment au sein de l'usine Candia de Vienne, de la société de négoce Tempé Orlac Service (relevant comme Candia du groupe Sodiaal) et de l'Organisation régionale laitière agricole coopérative. Cet article met en avant les actions à conduire pour favoriser le développement d'une politique de formation axée sur la diversité des âges.
