Abstract

Chapitre 6 de l'ouvrage "Nouvelles Europes : Trajectoires en enjeux économiques", cette contribution s'intéresse à la manière dont les entreprises font évoluer leurs relations aux employés et à l'environnement naturel et social. Trois formes de responsabilité sociale sont ainsi identifiées : héritée, allogène et hybride. Les auteurs discutent également de l'influence probable des modèles anglo-saxon et européen sur l'évolution future de cette institution dont l'importance dans la relation d'emploi tend à s'accroître
