Cet article s'interroge sur le rôle des middle managers de la fonction ressources humaines dans le cadre de la croissance globale d'un groupe multinational. La situation particulière de ces acteurs les rend vecteurs de la stratégie organisationnelle et cristallise les interactions entre les problématiques de stratégie et de ressources humaines.
