Abstract

La littérature sur les processus stratégiques utilise fréquemment la notion de décentralisation. Pourtant, celle-ci n'est pas définie de façon homogène et les processus décentralisés prennent de multiples formes. La décentralisation peut alors être envisagée de manière générique comme la participation d'acteurs organisationnels non décideurs dans la formation de la stratégie. Pour mieux comprendre l'intérêt que porte la littérature à cette notion, nous proposons dans un premier temps une analyse des principaux enjeux de la décentralisation. Trois principaux enjeux émergent de la littérature : l'amélioration de la pertinence stratégique, de l'efficience stratégique et de l'efficience organisationnelle.
