Abstract

Le développement important des technologies de l'information et de la communication a permis aux activités de gestion des ressources humaines d'être dématérialisées. Le processus de dématérialisation est techniquement intéressant car il met en œuvre des solutions technologiques innovantes. Il révèle des synergies importantes entre composantes de l'activité de gestion des ressources humaines d'une part et des expertises variées au sein de la fonction du responsable de gestion des ressources humaines d'autre part. L'objet de cette communication est de présenter une analyse de ces synergies et de ces expertises. La recherche s'appuie sur une étude longitudinale de phases de développement produit d'une jeune société d'édition de logiciel dédié à la gestion des ressources humaines.
