Abstract

L'examen des spécificités associées aux pôles de compétitivité à dominante PME conduit à introduire le rôle clé que peut jouer la gouvernance sur leur performance. L'étude exploratoire menée auprès des membres de la gouvernance de deux pôles à dominante PME (PASS dans la région Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur et Arve Industries dans le département de la Haute-Savoie) rend compte à la fois du rôle et de la variété des modes de gouvernance pour soutenir la compétitivité des PME et des territoires.
