Abstract

"Par rapport à son«Traité», quelques éléments sont nouveaux. Le statut de l'économie politique va au-delà du traitement de biens matériels pour englober le système social dans son ensemble. L'adjectif "pratique" dans le titre signifie à la fois que ses prinicpes d'économie politique s'appuient sur l'expérience et l'observation, et que tout au long de son cours, il donne de nombreux exemples. "
