Abstract

Le soutien affirmé de l'Etat français dans la mise en place des pôles de compétitivité a pour objectif de mettre en place une dynamique fondée sur une base territoriale locale avec les pouvoirs publics souhaitant faire participer les entreprises et les institutions publiques et para-publiques au développement économique. En nous appuyant sur le cas du pôle mondial Solutions Communicantes Sécurisées (SCS), nous nous demanderons en quoi cette combinaison de territoires et de réseaux peut être favorable à l'innovation des PME participantes.
