Abstract

Les apports de Paul Watzlawick à la recherche en communication sont nombreux, tout particulièrement depuis les années 80. Avec ses collègues, il a proposé une conception novatrice de la communication humaine. Dérivés de ce renouvellement, ses travaux sur les paradoxes et le changement notamment vont intéresser les sciences de gestion. Ce chapitre a pour but de montrer en quoi les legs de Paul Watzlawick ont pu intéresser chercheurs et praticiens mais aussi quelles en sont les limites et les prolongements potentiels.
