Abstract

L'objet de ce chapitre est de traiter de deux courants hétérodoxes, l'Economie des conventions et la Théorie de la régulation. Après avoir rappelé ce qu'implique un positionnement hétérodoxe au regard de la nouvelle orthodoxie, on présente les similitudes et les différences entre les analyses générales développées par ces deux courants et on fait succinctement état de leurs implications à propos de la firme.
