Pratiques d'intégration en contexte de développement économique et social durable : le cas d'une Scop

Abstract

L'objet de cette communication est de mettre en évidence l'impact de la philosophie managériale des Scop sur les pratiques de socialisation organisationnelle des salariés nouvellement recrutés. Autrement dit, il s'agit de comprendre les pratiques d'intégration dans un contexte organisationnel caractérisé par un objectif de développement économique et social durable. Sont présentées dans un premiers temps, les connaissances théoriques des pratiques de socialisation organisationnelle et une proposition de grilled'analyse conçue à partir des avancées récentes dans le domaine de la socialisation organisationnelle. Sont présentés dans un second temps, la méthodologie et les résultats d'une étude de cas menée dans une entreprisechoisie pour son statut de Scop. Ce travail empirique met en lumière des synergies et des contradictions entre les pratiques de socialisation des Scop et les grands principes sociaux du développement durable. Il montre les effets positifs des principes coopératifs sur la transmission d'information et de connaissances aux recrues. Des pistes pour la prospective future en termes de développement durable des ressources humaines en sont dégagées.
