Abstract

Dans un contexte d'incertitude, il est essentiel de détecter les vraies opportunités, les vraies menaces et de garder la maîtrise de l'action.Le présent ouvrage se propose de recenser et d'analyser les différents intruments qui permettent d'atteindre cet objectif. Il invite les dirigeants à réfléchir sur leur système de contrôle de gestion et à se demander s'il est bien adapté à leur environnement, à la nature de leur activité et à la culture du personnel. ...D'une portée très large, ce livre s'adresse en premier lieu aux chefs d'entreprise, aux contrôleurs de gestion,aux responsables de service ou de département, et à toute personne qui, au sein d'une firme, est chargée de promouvoir l'efficience et l'efficacité. Mais il constitue également une référence de base pour les étudiants en sciences de gestion.La première édition de cet ouvrage a reçu le prix "Harvard l'Expansion"
