Abstract

Les publications sociétales occupent une part de plus en plus importante de la communication financière des entreprises françaises.Ces informations ont trait à l'environnement naturel, à la gestion des ressources humaines, à la qualité et la sécurité des produits, à l'implication des entreprises dans la Société civile, à leurs relations d'affaires et à l'éthique.La communication sociétale, peu encadrée par les régulateurs de marchés et les organismes de normalisation comptable, résulte d'une démarche volontaire de la part des entreprises.Cet ouvrage propose d'identifier les motivations qui conduisent les dirigeants d'entreprises à s'engager dans une telle voie.L'étude approfondie des rapports annuels et sites internet de groupes français permet de souligner l'importance de la dimension politique de ce processus.
