La théorie de la firme comme obstacle épistémologique

Abstract

Après avoir montré la fonction de la théorie de lafirme dans le programme de recherche néoclassique,et évoqué les effets sur la conceptualisationde la firme et de l'industrie de la dégénèrescence(au sens de Imre Lakatos) de ce programmede recherche, nous indiquons quelques pistes pourdépasser cet obstacle épistémologique et construiredes concepts de firme et d'industrie plus prometteurstant au regard de la compréhension des phénomènes étudiés qu'au regard de l'élaboration des stratégies d'acteurs.
