Abstract

Cette contribution permet d'entrer dans les arcanes des jeux d'acteurs et de parcourir lesétapes successives d'un long projet de conception dont les parties prenantes, les enjeuxet les contraintes ne cessent de se recomposer.À travers le récit de la conception d'une plateforme de Knowledge Management communeà plusieurs organisations au sein d'un même territoire, les auteures dégagent desenseignements extrêmement utiles pour comprendre comment dépasser le traditionnelclivage entre concepteurs et utilisateurs, et engager une véritable démarche de coconceptionautour d'un projet de grande ampleur.Elles montrent ainsi combien l'implication progressive des acteurs, l'élaboration d'uneconception partagée du problème, la définition de règles, de principes et de scénarios àexpérimenter se fait de manière conjointe, et par itérations successives. Plus encore, ellesmontrent que la construction conjointe d'une nouvelle technologie peut se faire grâce àune série de « boucles de co-conception ». Et converger progressivement vers une visioncommune du projet et de ses usages.
