Abstract

L'Assemblée national a voté le projet de loi « Grenelle 1 » à une très large majorité, le 21 octobre dernier. Au-delà de cette belle unanimité, un certain nombre de décisions concrètes sont attendues et seront débattus dans le cadre des travaux pratiques du « Grenelle 2 ». Il n'est pas inutile de connaître à ce sujet la vision de deux observateurs (très) éclairés. Besoins réels d'infrastructures nouvelles, modes de financement, rôle des collectivités, place de la voiture, sont quelques unes des questions débattues par les auteurs.
