L'EEES ou le développement de la compétition entre les établissements

Abstract

L'Espace européen d'enseignement supérieur (EEES) constitue une rupture des schémas anciens en évaluant la qualité des diplômes par leur capacité à permettre des accès à des emplois. Deux enjeux principaux jouent un rôle majeur : d'une part constituer un espace européen de la formation débouchant sur un marché européen de l'emploi, d'autre part développer l'employabilité des jeunes formés dans les nouvelles technologies, condition de l'innovation et du développement de l'Europe dans une démarche qui est au fondement de la stratégie de Lisbonne. Le processus ne vise pas à aboutir à un ensemble homogène d'établissements indifférenciés mais à faciliter des échanges entre formations de même niveau. Cette démarche débouche sur la constitution d'un nouveau modèle des enseignements supérieurs fondé sur la confiance entre les partenaires.
