Abstract

Cet article s'intéresse à l'apparition de plateformes web 2.0 organisant la mise en relation de communautés d'internautes et d'entreprises autour d'activités de production, de création ou d'innovation. Il identifie à travers ses plateformes un modèle original de marché bi-faces déployé à partir d'une communauté d'internautes. Il décrit ce modèle à travers deux questions essentielles : la combinaison de la logique communautaire avec une compétition intensive ; la capacité à convertir la « gratuité », issue de la plus-value collaborative, en opportunité marchande. Il examine la façon dont la plateforme régule la mise en relation d'acteurs hétérogènes - les communautés d'innovation, les R&D d'entreprises - dans l'activité de production.
