Abstract

Les travaux de Newel et Simon (1972) sur les processus de résolution de problème, de traitement de l'information et de prise de décision, puis les travaux d'Ericsson et Simon (1993) sur les techniques d'élicitation des règles de décision sont au fondement du développement considérable, ces dernières années, des "méthodologies testimoniales" - posant l'acteur comme informateur. Il s'agit ici d'exposer les limites de ce type de méthodologie, mais également de suggérer quelques amendements susceptibles d'en améliorer l'efficacité. Avec, pour illustration, une focalisation sur la question de l'élicitation des compétences individuelles mobilisées par les salariés dans la réalisation de leurs activités quotidiennes.
