Abstract

Les politiques d'orientation font aujourd'hui l'objet de nouvelles attentes en lien avec les transformations de l'emploi et du travail. La complexification des parcours scolaires et professionnels, et la multiplication des mobilités professionnelles interpellent l'action publique en matière d'orientation. Pour répondre aux nouvelles attentes adressées à l'orientation, des réformes de son pilotage s'imposent. Cette étude s'attache à décrire les réformes en cours en France. Par ailleurs, les spécificités françaises sont mises en lumière par la comparaison avec des exemples étrangers sur la base d'une revue de la littérature.
