Abstract

La recherche en GRH s'empare depuis de nombreuses années d'objets multiples, qu'elle traite suivant des méthodologies diverses. De prime abord mosaïque, cette discipline n'en présente pas moins des lignes de force autour desquelles se structurent débats théoriques et questions pratiques. Cet ouvrage est né de la volonté de croiser des démarches de recherche différentes sur quelques objets communs ouvrant ainsi de nouvelles perspectives ainsi que le ferait un kaléidoscope réfléchissant à l'infini le monde extérieur. Son objectif est de réaffirmer la réalité et la nécessité d'une pluralité de positionnements scientifiques et méthodologiques dans le domaine de la recherche en GRH et de mettre en évidence la richesse de leur articulation. La diversité des thèmes abordés et des approches mobilisées, la mise en dialogue d'approches multiples ainsi que la fertilisation par des disciplines connexes comme la sociologie ou la psychologie font émerger de nouvelles pistes d'investigation pour les chercheurs.
