Abstract

Army is a kind of organization which has known major changes during a brief period. The so called "Revolution in Military Affairs" aims at obtaining superiority by information managing and by shortening decision making process. In that context, many developed countries implement computerized military command systems. French and US army are good example of the existing two kinds of these systems. In this article we will show differences between US and French systems in terms of decision theoretical approaches. Then at the end we propose a method leading to the development of a new version of the French system.
