Abstract

Du cuisant échec du premier business plan aux accords récents de partenariat, de la Joint Venture à la filiale, les acteurs japonais etfrançais de cette aventure racontent 15 ans d'efforts, d'affrontements, de difficultés et de développement aboutissant finalement à une implantation réussie, mais sur des axes imprévus au départ. Ils témoignent aussi de la complexité des rapports interculturels de travail.
