Abstract

L'applicabilité du développement durable délimite un champ de négociation entre utilitaristes et conservationnistes. On peut voir ce questionnement prendre corps dans les procédures de décisions publiques agissant sur la structuration de l'espace, tout particulièrement dans un arbitrage entre durabilité dite faible et durabilité dite forte. Les relations entre inscription territoriale du développement durable, en termes d'aménagement, et responsabilité environnementale au sein des organisations, en termes de gestion, sont complexes. Cette contribution tente d'en décrypter les tenants et les aboutissants en prenant appui sur deux dispositifs à la charnière des préoccupations politiques d'aménagement et organisationnelles de gestion : les écolabels et les Quotas Individuels Transférables (QIT).
