Abstract

L'évolution des processus d'innovation subordonne les alliances interentreprises à la contrainte concurrentielle des secteurs d'activités. Notre communication traite de la co-innovation regroupant des acteurs stratégiques dont les rapports potentiellement concurrents génèrent des situations dites « ago-antagonistes ». Tous les secteurs d'activités innovants sont concernés. L'objet de cette communication est de mener une réflexion à propos des situations complexes et paradoxales que génèrent les alliances technologiques inter-entreprises. Cette question relève d'une vision écologique de l'entreprise dans (et par) ses environnements.
