Abstract

Les stratégies de prix et leurs déterminants dans la formule du commerce électronique convoque une problématique aux incidences cruciales : est-ce que l'aisance et le confort d'achat que procure le commerce électronique, l'ergonomie de l'interface commerciale, la rapidité de « passage » aux caisses, les attributs de marque et de confiance qu'elle inspire affectent le niveau de prix ? Notre travail tente de répondre à cette problématique en posant le postulat selon lequel la fidélité devient un facteur important de création de valeur, et par conséquent que les firmes disposant d'une forte notoriété, peuvent facturer un prix plus élevé que leurs concurrents, et marquer ainsi une distanciation stratégique
