Abstract

Le Groupe de travail "Nouvelles connaissances pour la sécurité", présidé par Yves Geffrin, dresse dans cet ouvrage un premier bilan de travaux réalisés sur l'économie de la sécurité routière dans le monde et en esquisse des pistes de recherche. Ces deux études, réunies ici sont intéressantes à plusieurs titres : elles permettent tout d'abord de prendre la mesure des lacunes en matière de connaissances, mais aussi et surtout, d'établir ce que doit être un programme de recherche et, à terme, d'action dans ce domaine.
