Abstract

Cette communication s'appuie sur la(re)lecture scientifique et analytiqued'un terrain qui, pour nous, a été unobjet d'étude, d'analyse et de projeturbain depuis 2002. Nous y avons réalisé plusieurs contrats d'assistanceà maîtrise d'ouvrage pour un bailleursocial et une Ville du département duNord. Nous sommes urbaniste eturbaniste-sociologue et membres d'uncollectif d'enseignants-chercheurss'essayant à la transposition et àl'application opérationnelle de savoirsissus de la recherche en urbanisme etarchitecture.
