Abstract

Les intégrations en Amérique du Sud, le Mercosur comme la Communauté andine des Nations, ne constituent toujours pas de véritables unions douanières malgré leur ancienneté. Le sous développement de leurs économies est l'élément essentiel d'absence d'intégration.
