Abstract

Dans quelle mesure la finance de marché peut-elle compléter les évaluations des actions stratégiques plus traditionnelles en finance d'entreprise ? Pour répondre à cette question nous avons voulu appliquer la méthode des études d'événement à une action stratégique novatrice : le lobbying. Cet article reprend les fondements de notre démarche ainsi que les différentes étapes de sa mise en œuvre et l'interprétation des résultats.
