Abstract

Cinq projets du programme européen Equal en région Rhône-Alpes ont partagé leurs expériences pour s'interroger sur les pratiques innovantes de formation tout au long de la vie destinées à permettre ou conforter l'insertion dans l'emploi des publics fragilisés. La valorisation de la diversité est le point commun de ces projets. Plutôt que de "former contre" des inégalités, il s'agit en effet de "former pour" utiliser intelligemment des différences et des complémentarités et mettre en commun de bonnes solutions à des problèmes professionnels.
