Abstract

Dans les soubassements de toute entreprise ou autre organisation petite ou grande se joue un autre type de management : celui des conflits, des violences, des identités - un management qui n'est enseigné nulle part en ce moment et auquel ceux qui nous dirigent se montrent particulièrement inaptes... Cette lacune dans nos savoirs .. nous fait vivre des souffrances organisationnelles et des souffrances dans l'organisation ou l'entreprise -souffrances qui ne sont nullement nécessaires et qui compromettent à chaque fois la survie et la pérennité du corps social...Il faudra apprendre à connaître les symptômes de cette pathologie des organisations pour commencer à s'en sortir - comprendre et assumer ces soubassements violents ; les gérer de façon perspicace et circonspecte... bref intelligemment, tel est le défi à la fois urgent et osé que lance cet ouvrage.
